My grandparents have this old windows 7 laptop from the early 2000's that they haven't been able to use online properly for a while now. They can't afford to replace it so I offered to take a look at it for them. I'm not very technically minded but I've managed to update it to a clean windows 10 education install after backing up their data and that has solved a lot of the computer's sluggishness, web browsing issues and CTDs. My question has to do with the laptop's graphics card, which isn't able to load up their online board games with friends anymore. The laptop was originally running catalyst control center but the installed version is nonresponsive now. I've narrowed down the options with the cards hardware info [PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_68E0&SUBSYS_1BF21043&REV_00], and I know I need to select at 64x compatible option as that's what the laptop is running, but other than that I am at a loss as to which file I need to select from the w10 options at https://devicehunt.com/view/type/pci/vendor/1002/device/68E0.
Could anyone explain which file is appropriate here, and why?
